Act No. 26, 1918.

George V, An Act to authorise the Council of the Municipality

No. 26. of AVoollahra to borrow certain moneys ; for that purpose to amend the law relating to local government ; and for purposes consequent thereon or incidental thereto. [Assented to, 7th November, 1918.1

the same, as follows :—

Short title. 1 . This Act may he cited as the “ Woollabra Loan Act, 1918.”

(2) The council may, in any year, transfer I'rom the AVorks Loan Lund of the Alunicipality to the Loan Lund to he created in respect of the Bellevue AVard Loan authorised by this Act any siu’plus of the l.oan rate now levied ovc'r tlu; whole ATunici])ality in respi'ct -of the AVorks Loans brought to account in the llrstnamed Lund, such surplus being the amount wliieh remains after defraying out of the said Loan rate the regular annual instalments of principal and interest on such AVorks Loans, and including any accumulation of past surpluses.
