REGULATIONS UNDER THE WOOL PUBLICITY AND RESEARCH ACT 1936.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Wool Publicity and Research (Fees and expenses) Regulations.
Provided that if he attends a meeting of the Board and of a Committee on the same day, he shall be entitled to receive one fee only in respect of those attendances.
(2.) The Chairman of the Board shall be entitled to receive a fee of Three pounds three shillings per day, and each member, or deputy of a member, of the Board, while acting as such, shall be entitled to receive a fee of Two pounds two shillings per day, for each day on which he is engaged on such business of the Board as the Board determines:
Provided that a fee shall not be paid under this sub-regulation in respect of any day on which the Chairman, member or deputy of a member attends a meeting of the Board or of a Committee of the Board and receives a fee for such attendance under the last preceding sub-regulation.

(2.) In addition to the allowance specified in the last preceding sub-regulation, a member shall be entitled to receive the transport costs actually and necessarily incurred in travelling from his place of residence to the place where the meeting is held or the business is transacted and returning to his place of residence.
(3.) In this regulation, “member” means a member of the Board or of a Committee of the Board, and includes the Chairman of the Board and any deputy of a member of the Board.
