Wool Marketing Regulations 2(Amendment)

  

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and after taking into consideration the recommendation with respect to the amount to be prescribed for the purposes of subsection 53a (1) of the Wool Marketing Act 1987 made to the Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy by the members of the Exotic Animal Disease Preparedness Consultative Council (being the Council established by the Exotic Animal Disease Control Act 1989) nominated by the National Farmers’ Federation, make the following Regulations under the Wool Marketing Act 1987.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1991.

 

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Wool Marketing Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

 

3.   Regulation 46 (Amount relating to exotic animal disease control)

3.1   Omit “$431,823”, substitute “$329,625”.
