Wool International Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Wool International Act 1993.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Wool International Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Regulation 5 (Additional contributions)

2.1   Subregulation 5 (4):

Omit “or Wool International”.

2.2   Paragraph 5 (4) (e):

Omit “paragraphs (d) and (e)”, substitute “paragraphs (c) and (d)”.

3.   Regulation 7 (Register of wool-tax payers)

3.1   Paragraph 7 (b):

Omit “subregulation 4 (6)”, substitute “subregulation 5 (6)”.
