Wool Industry (Sampling Sites) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under

“9a. (1) The operator of a registered sampling site shall keep a record of the number of lots of wool from which core samples were drawn on that site in a financial year, being samples of wool that are suitable for testing for the purpose of the issue of I.W.T.O. Certificates.
“(2) The operator shall forward to the Secretary by 31 July immediately following the end of a financial year a copy of the record referred to in sub-regulation (1) kept in relation to that financial year.”.
“(a) the amount calculated by multiplying the sum of 62 cents by the number of lots of wool from which core samples were drawn during
the financial year at the site, being samples of wool that were suitable for testing for the purpose of the issue of I.W.T.O. Certificates; or”.
