Wool Industry (Market Support Fund—Refunds) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Wool Industry Act 1972.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 18 July 1983.

Calculation of amount of refunds

2. Regulation 3 of the Wool Industry (Market Support Fund—Refunds) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (3) and substituting the following sub-regulation:

“(3) The amount prescribed for the purposes of section 42j of the Act, being the amount referred to in sub-sections (5), (5a) and (6) of that section, is $10.”.
