Wool Industry (Market Support Fund— Refunds) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Wool Industry Act 1972.

Information to be set out in returns by registered persons under section 42 AB

Regulation 6 of the Wool Industry (Market Support Fund—Refunds) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-paragraph (e) (ii) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(ii) an amount equal to such percentage of the sale value of the wool as is equal to the percentage from time to time prescribed by subregulation 3 (3) of the Wool Industry (Apportionment of Wool Tax) Regulations that is applicable in relation to the sale value of shorn wool on which tax was imposed by a Wool Tax Act during the year to which the returns relates.”.
