Wool, Hide and Skin Dealers Regulation 2015 (NSW)

1Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Wool, Hide and Skin Dealers Regulation 2015.

2Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Note—

This Regulation replaces the Wool, Hide and Skin Dealers Regulation 2010, which would otherwise be repealed on 1 September 2015 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.

3Manner of lodging licence application

For the purposes of section 10 (4) of the Wool, Hide and Skin Dealers Act 2004, delivering an application to a police station, or causing it to be delivered to a police station, is prescribed as the manner of lodging an application.

4Repeal and savings(1)

The Wool, Hide and Skin Dealers Regulation 2010 is repealed.

Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the Wool, Hide and Skin Dealers Regulation 2010, had effect under that Regulation continues to have effect under this Regulation.
