I, the Governor, acting under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 9(1)(a) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, vest in the Minister for Transport constituted under section 8(1) of that Act the land shown as the proclamation area on Deposited Plan 219648 Lots 184 and 185 and Deposited Plan 56133 Lots 501 and 502 held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority established by the Land Information Authority Act 2006.
