plated bythe “ Wollongong Tonnage Act of 1861 ” are not yet sufficiently advanced to justify the levying of the Tonnage Duty thereby imposed Be it therefore enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of tlie Legis­ lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South IVales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows:—
