lative Council and Legislative Ass(!iul)ly of New South MMles in Parliament assembled, and by the auibority of the same, as follows ;—

Cost. 4. The cost of carrying out the said work (exclusive

of land resumptions) is estimated at sixty-six thousand six hundred and forty pounds, and such estimated cost shall not, under any circumstances, be exceeded hy more than ten per centum.
