Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment

No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)

the former Austinmer Bowling Club site at:

(i)	2 Allen Street Austinmer, being Lot 1, and part of Lots 2 and 4, DP 1162221, and
(ii)	part 20 and 22 Toxteth Avenue, Austinmer, being parts of Lots 1 and 2, DP 881418, and

(b)

Lot 1, Cater Street, Coledale, being:

(i)	Lot 1, DP 214702, Cater Street, and
(ii)	part of land in Conveyance Number 481 Book 3598 Cokeworks Road, Coledale.

4      Maps

Each map adopted by Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 that is specified in Column 1 of the following Table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the Table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
