This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

This Plan applies to Lot 105, DP 264639, 4 Yenda Avenue, Bulli.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering—

Use of certain land at Yenda Avenue, Bulli

This clause applies to Lot 105, DP 264639, 4 Yenda Avenue, Bulli.

Development for the purposes of centre-based child care facilities is

permitted with development consent.
