1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment No 37).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Unanderra:

(c)	Lot 1, DP 241842,
(d)	Lot 1, DP 244201,
(e)	Lots 493 and 494, DP 31905,
(f)	Lot 206, DP 521643,

(h)	Lot 1, DP 720905,

(i)      Lot 1, DP 720922,

(j)	Lot 1, DP 729171,
(k)	parts of Central Road between Maynes Parade and Blackman Parade,
(l)	parts of the road reserves bounded by Central Road, Blackman Parade, Hargreaves Street and Maynes Parade.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
