1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment No 27).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land fronting the Princes Highway, Helensburgh:

(a)	the Waterfall General (Garrawarra) Cemetery, being Lot 4 and part of Lot 3, DP 840501 and part of Lot 1, DP 1160404,
(b)	the Garrawarra Hospital Heritage Conservation Area.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009

Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit the matter relating to item nos 6486 and 61028 from Part 1.

Insert in appropriate order:
