1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment No 22).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all of the land to which Wollongong Local Environmental Plan

2009 applies.

4      Amendment of Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009

Schedule 2 Exempt development

Insert at the end of the Schedule:

Outdoor dining (associated with food and drink premises)

Must be on community land, operational land or a Crown reserve.

(2)

Must be associated with an adjacent food and drink premises for which

development consent has been granted.
