1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment No 17).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)	To the extent that this Plan rezones certain land from Zone R2 Low Density Residential and Zone RE2 Private Recreation to Zone E4 Environmental Living and changes the lot size and floor space ratio controls for the land, this Plan applies to Lot 51, DP 554443 and Lot 102, DP 1078687, 47 and 49 Boronia Avenue, Windang.
(2)	To the extent that this Plan rezones certain land from Zone R2 Low Density Residential to Zone B2 Local Centre and changes the lot size and floor space ratio controls for the land, this Plan applies to Lot 7, Section A, DP 19008, 19 Acacia Street, Windang.
(3)	To the extent that this Plan rezones certain land from Zone R2 Low Density Residential to Zone B1 Neighbourhood Centre and changes the lot size and floor space ratio controls for the land, this Plan applies to the following land at Bellambi:

(a)	Lot 11, DP 1084344, 53 Pioneer Road,
(b)	Lot A, DP 158987, 203 Rothery Street,
(c)	Lot 3, DP 38303, 205 Rothery Street,
(d)	Lot 2, DP 38303, 207 Rothery Street.

Each map adopted by Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:
