1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 (Amendment
No 12).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the land to which the Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 or the Wollongong Local Environmental Plan (West Dapto) 2010 applies and, in particular, to land at Avondale Road, Avondale, being Lots 1 and 2, DP 549152, Lots 1 and 2, DP 229358, Lot 1, DP 382339 and Lot 14, DP 3083.
