proclamation of the Governor, dated the second day of December, one

tliOLisand eight liundred and ninety-five, made in pursuance of tlic said

Act, the said trust was dissolved, and the control of the whole of the lands of the trust, subject to all liabilities and obligations attached to the same, with all powers created or otherwise vested in such trust by the said Act, Avas vested in the Governor : And whereas it is desirable that the lands of the trust should he vested in His Majesty and he dealt Avith as CroAvn lands : Be it therefore enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and Avith the adAuce and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Now South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by tlic authority of the same, as follows;—

Short title. 1. This Act may l)e cited as tlie AYollongong Harbour Trust

Resumption Act, 1905.”

Repenl. 2. The AYollongong Harbour Trust Act, 1880, is hereby

repealed.
