WOLLONGONG CITY COUNCIL
vWILLIAMS
[2021] HCASL 214
S112/2021
This application for special leave to appeal is from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (McCallum JA, Simpson AJA and Adamson J) in its dismissal of an appeal from the District Court of New South Wales. The application does not identify any reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Court of Appeal dismissing the appeal nor does it raise any question of general importance to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal. The application should be dismissed.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
