1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wollongong City Centre Local Environmental Plan 2007

(Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Aim of Plan

This Plan aims to permit, with consent, a hospital as an additional use on the land to which this Plan applies.

4      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 101–106, DP 1125366, 1 Ross Street (corner of Corrimal Street), Wollongong.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 3:

4      Land at 1 Ross Street (corner of Corrimal Street)

Street (corner of Corrimal Street), Wollongong.

The consent authority may consent to development on land to which this clause applies for the purposes of a hospital.
