This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

This Plan applies to all land to which Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2011 applies.

• To maintain the economic strength of centres by limiting retail activity.

• To provide a mixture of compatible land uses.

• To enable other land uses that provide facilities or services to meet the day to day needs of workers in the area.
