1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 22).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Thirlmere:

(a)	220 Bridge Street, being Lot 31, DP 1022462,
(b)	555 Thirlmere Way, being Lot 33, DP 1022462,
(c)	590 Thirlmere Way, being Lot 1, DP 264150,
(d)	615 Thirlmere Way, being Lot 32, DP 1022462.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
