1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment

No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 306368, known as School of Arts Hall,

4 Station Street, Menangle.

4      Amendment of Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of Part 1.

(2)	Schedule 4, Part 1
Insert the following matter in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
Menangle Lot 1, DP 306368, 4 Station Street (School of Arts Hall)
