Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991

(Amendment No 49)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment

No 49).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to permit, with the consent of the Wollondilly Shire Council, a workers’ club and other associated activities on the land known as Lot 6, DP 583128 and Lot 71, DP 210649, No 9 and No 11 Eighteenth Street, Warragamba.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land within the local government area of Wollondilly as shown edged heavy black (except for land marked “deferred matter”) on the map marked “Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 49)” lodged in the office of the Wollondilly Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991

Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991 is amended by inserting at the end of Schedule 5:

Lot 6 DP 583128 and Lot 71 DP 210649, Eighteenth Street Warragamba, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Wollondilly Local Environment Plan 1991 (Amendment No 49)”—Workers’ Club and associated activities.
