Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991

(Amendment No 42)

1 Name of plan

This plan is Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment

No 42).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991:

(a)	to change the zoning of the land to which this plan applies from Special Uses “A” (Community Purposes) to Zone No 3 (a) (the Business Zone), and
(b)	to provide for the remediation of the land.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 1, DP 790292, Margaret Street, Picton, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 42)” deposited in the office of the Council of Wollondilly.

4 Amendment of Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991

Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991 is amended:

(a)

by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in No 42)

clause 6 (1) the following words:

(b)	by inserting after clause 42 the following clause:
43 Remediation of land—Margaret Street, Picton

(1)	This clause applies to Lot 1, DP 790292, Margaret Street, Picton, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 42)”.
(2)	A person must not carry out development (other than remediation work) on the land to which this

clause applies until contamination of the land has been remediated in accordance with State Environmental Planning Policy No 55— Remediation of Land.
