BELL J:   This is an application for special leave to appeal from the orders of the Full Court of the Family Court of Australia.  The applicant is no longer legally represented and has asked that her application be determined without oral argument.  The respondent consents to that course.  The Full Court applied settled authority in concluding that the conditions prescribed by regulation for the return of the applicant’s children to the United Kingdom were satisfied.  There is no reason to doubt the correctness of that conclusion.  Special leave is refused.

AT 11.29 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
