c	An Act to authorize the Acquisition of Land in the Wodonga

n	and the Legislative Assembly of Victoria in this present
e	Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as
m	follows (that is to say):

P	(1) This Act may be cited as the Wodonga Area
d	Land Acquisition Act 1973.
n	(2) This Act shall come into operation on the day on

n	2. Definitions

ti	(1) In this Act unless inconsistent with the context or

3. Acquisition of land in a designated area

ry	S. 3(1)	(1) The Minister may purchase or compulsorily

(2) The Land Acquisition and Compensation Act
