This Declaration is the Witness Protection (Complementary witness protection laws) Declaration 2011.

  1. Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.

For section 3AA of the Witness Protection Act 1994, each law mentioned in the following table is a complementary witness protection law.
