I, Paul Francis Patrick Whelan, Minister for Police, in pursuance of section 3 of the Witness Protection Act 1995, do by this my order, declare the Witness Protection Act 1995 of South Australia to be a complementary witness protection law for the purposes of the Witness Protection Act 1995.
