Wirraway Pre School Inc Teachers Collective Agreement 2009.

[1] On 17 March 2010, I raised various concerns about the content of Wirraway Pre School Inc Teachers Collective Agreement 2009, when Mr I Bailey of the Independent Education Union of Australia, New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory Branch appeared on behalf of the applicant and the union. Principal among those concerns was the fact the Agreement applied to only one person, albeit it covered various categories of employees who might be employed at the pre-school.

[2] I have today noted a Notice of Discontinuance from the applicant. In the circumstances, I vacate the further proceedings that had been listed for tomorrow.

[3] The proceedings are concluded accordingly.
