1940. No. 181.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACT 1905-1936.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1905-1936.

Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy Regulations. 

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of September, 1940.

Licence fees.

2. Regulation 77of the Wireless Telegraphy Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1.) the figures “21”and inserting in their stead the figures “20”; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b)of that sub-regulation the figures “15” and inserting in their stead the figures “14”.
