1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010

(Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 6, Section 11, DP 759070, 82 Mittagong Street

(corner of Jellore Street), Welby.

4 Amendment of Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” wherever occurring in Part 1.

(2)	Schedule 4, Part 1
Insert the following in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
Welby Lot 6, Section 11, DP 759070, 82 Mittagong Street (corner of Jellore Street)
