1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 58).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 32, DP 1205423, 102–104 Old Wingello Road, Bundanoon.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010

(1) Clause 1.8A, heading

Omit “provision”. Insert instead “provisions”.

(2)	Clause 1.8A(4)
Insert after clause 1.8A(3)—

(4) An amendment made to this Plan by Wingecarribee Local

Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 58) does not apply to a

development application made but not finally determined before the

commencement of the amendment.
