1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 55).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land—

(a)	6 Wiseman Road, Bowral, being Lot 4, DP 829578,
(b)	8 Wiseman Road, Bowral, being Lot 1000, DP 1117715.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 35—

36      Use of certain land at Wiseman Road senior housing site

(1)

This clause applies to land known as the Wiseman Road senior housing

site, edged red on the Schedule 1 Map and numbered 36.

(2)

Development for the purposes of seniors housing is permitted with

consent.
