This Plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 52).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land—

(b)	Lots 5 and 6, DP 708665, Lots 1 and 2, DP 626821, Lot 8, DP 770871, Lot 7, DP 786212 and Lot 1, DP 782827, Old South Road, Bowral,
(c)	part of Lot 5002, DP 1160548, Bong Bong Road, Renwick,
(d)	Lots 1 and 2, DP 502535, Lots 1–6 and 8, DP 26490 and part of Lot 11, DP 1084421, Beaconsfield Road, Moss Vale,
(e)	Lot 1, DP 812628, 69 Bulwer Road, Moss Vale.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
