This Plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 50).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land—

(a)

Lot 50, DP 556644,

(b)

Lot 109, DP 664112,

(c)

Lot 22, DP 792646,

(d)

part of Lot 10, DP 1216346 and part of Lot 3907, DP 1215684.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

This clause applies to land at 2A Cliff Street, Bowral, being Lot 50, DP

556644.

(2)

Development for the purposes of a subdivision to create not more than 2 lots

is permitted with consent.

Use of certain land at Wilson Drive, Hill Top

(1)

This clause applies to land at 2 Wilson Drive, Hill Top, being Lot 109, DP

664112.

(2)

Development for the purposes of a dwelling house is permitted with consent.
