This Plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 50).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land—

| (b) | Lot 109, DP 664112, |
| (c) | Lot 22, DP 792646, |
| (d) | part of Lot 10, DP 1216346 and part of Lot 3907, DP 1215684. |
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering—

| (1) | This clause applies to land at 2A Cliff Street, Bowral, being Lot 50, DP 556644. |
| (2) | Development for the purposes of a subdivision to create not more than 2 lots is permitted with consent. |
Use of certain land at Wilson Drive, Hill Top
| (1) | This clause applies to land at 2 Wilson Drive, Hill Top, being Lot 109, DP 664112. |
| (2) | Development for the purposes of a dwelling house is permitted with consent. |
