I, the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, make the following local environmental plan under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010

(Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1) To the extent that this Plan rezones land, it applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 1067486, being part of a public reserve off King Ranch Road, East Bowral,
(b)	Lot 1, DP 743008, 1 Railway Parade, Mittagong (a former stationmaster’s residence).

(2)

To the extent that this Plan corrects a map legend, it applies to land to which Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 applies as shown on the Natural Resources Sensitivity Map.

(3)

To the extent that this Plan corrects property descriptions set out in Schedule 1 to Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010, it applies to the following land:

(a)	certain land at the Old Hume Highway, Braemar,
(b)	certain land at the corner of Charlotte Street and Moss Vale Road, Burradoo,
(c)	certain land at Elizabeth Street, Moss Vale,
(d)	land known as the Renwick Urban Release Area,
(e)	certain land at the Hume Highway, Sutton Forest,
(f)	part of a road reserve of the Hume Highway, Yerrinbool.
