1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lots 1 and 2, DP 1195422 and Lots 1–36, DP 1191876, Broughton Street, Moss Vale,
(b)	Lot 33, DP 1081026, 7360 Illawarra Highway, Sutton Forest,
(c)	Lots 15 and 22–24, DP 263904, Lot 1, DP 1181633 and Lots 5–9, DP 10008, Drapers Road, Braemar,
(d)	part Lot 72, DP 869189, 102 Old Hume Highway, Aylmerton,
(e)	Lot 32, DP 831268, Hume Highway (part of F5 Motorway).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
