1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 12).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land in the following zones under Wingecarribee Local

Environmental Plan 2010:

(a)	Zone RU1 Primary Production,
(b)	Zone RU2 Rural Landscape,
(c)	Zone RU4 Primary Production Small Lots,
(d)	Zone R3 Medium Density Residential,
(e)	Zone R5 Large Lot Residential,
(f)	Zone B1 Neighbourhood Centre,
(g)	Zone B2 Local Centre,
(h)	Zone B4 Mixed Use,

(i)      Zone B5 Business Development,

(j)	Zone B7 Business Park,
(k)	Zone IN1 General Industrial,
(l)	Zone IN2 Light Industrial,
(m)	Zone IN3 Heavy Industrial,
(n)	Zone SP3 Tourist,
(o)	Zone RE1 Public Recreation,
