1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 10).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)

land known as the “Burrawang Hotel”, being Lot 1, DP 198682, 14–16 Hoddle Street, Burrawang,

(b)

land known as “Shambala”, being Lot 6, Section 7, DP 2836, 123 Bong Bong Road, Mittagong,

(c)

land known as “Boscobel” at Sutton Forest, being:

(i)	Lot 1, DP 63523, Lot 1, DP 1094302, Lots 1–19, Section 8, DP 758938 and Lots 1 and 2, Section 9, DP 758938, 453 Exeter Road, and
(ii)	Lot 3, DP 1142493, Nicholson Street.

Each map adopted by Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:
