under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010

(Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all the land to which Wingecarribee Local

Environmental Plan 2010 applies.

4 Amendment of Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010

(1) Clause 2.6BB Temporary use of land

Omit “12 days” from clause 2.6BB (2). Insert instead “60 days”.

(2)	Part 2 Permitted or prohibited development
Insert “Light industries;” after “Child care centres;” in item 3 of the matter relating to Zone B5 Business Development in the Land Use Table.
(3)	Part 2, Land Use Table, Zone SP3 Tourist
Insert “Industries;” after “Industrial retail outlets;” in item 4.
(4)	Part 2, Land Use Table, Zone E3 Environmental Management
Insert “Cellar door premises;” after “Bed and breakfast accommodation;” in item 3.
(5)	Part 2, Land Use Table, Zone E3 Environmental Management
Insert “Roadside stalls;” after “Roads;” in item 3.
