1      Name of plan

This plan is Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 1989

(Amendment No 119).

2      Aims of plan

The aim of this plan is to permit, with the consent of Wingecarribee Shire Council, the operation of a child care centre on the land to which this plan applies.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to part of Lot 1, DP 111722 and Lots 1–4, DP 587971, Bowral Street, Bowral, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment No 119)” deposited in the office of Wingecarribee Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 1989

Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 1989 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
