AN ACT to further amend " The Wines, Beer,

and Spirit Sale Act, 1872."

HEREAS it is expedient further to amend "The Wines,

Wby His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and itsBeer; and Spirit Sale Act, 1872": Be it therefore enacted

Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council thereof, as follows:—

1 THIS Act may be cited as " The Wines, Beer, and Spirit

Sale Act, 1872, Amendment Act, 1879," and this Act and the said Title of Act

Wines, Beer, and Spirit Sale Act, 1872—Amendment.

2 SECTION 39 of "The Wines, Beer, and Spirit Sale Act,

Sec. 39 of 36 Viet., No. 5, 1872," is hereby amended by omitting the words " drunken or

amended.

disorderly persons " in the third and fourth lines of the said section ; and by inserting the word " or " in the third line of the said section, between the words " prostitutes " and "thieves."
