REGULATIONS UNDER THE WINE OVERSEAS MARKETING ACT 1929-1945.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Wine Overseas Marketing Act 1929-1945.

Amendment of the Wine Overseas Marketing (Staff) Regulations. 

1. The Schedule tothe Wine Overseas Marketing (Staff) Regulations is amended by omitting from Table A the words and figures “Secretary to the Board | 500 | 650” and inserting in their stead the words and figures “Secretary to the Board | 350 | 700”.

2.The amendment effected by regulation 1 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation or the twenty-seventh day of September, 1945.
