REGULATIONS UNDER THE WINE OVERSEAS MARKETING ACT 1929–1936.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Wine Overseas Marketing Act 1929–1936.

Amendment Of the Wine Overseas Marketing (Staff) Regulations. 

Travelling expenses.

1. Regulation 4 of the Wine Overseas Marketing (Staff) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words “Two pounds six shillings and sixpence” and inserting in their stead the words “Two pounds two shillings”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (2.) the words “Two pounds eighteen shillings and sixpence” and inserting in their stead the words “Two pounds ten shillings”;

(c) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (2.) the words “Two pounds six shillings and sixpence” and inserting in their stead the words “Two pounds two shillings”; and

(d) by omitting from sub-regulation (3.) the words “from Australia to London” and inserting in their stead the words “in either direction between Australia and the United Kingdom”.

Repeal of Reg. 8.

2. Regulation 8 of the Wine Overseas Marketing (Staff) Regulations is repealed.
