REGULATIONS UNDER THE WINE OVERSEAS MARKETINGACT 1929-1936.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Wine Overseas Marketing (Licences) Regulations,
Form C in the Schedule to the Wine Overseas Marketing (Licences) Regulations is amended—
(
a ) by omitting from paragraph (e ) the words “f.o.b., or c.i.f.”;(
b ) by inserting after paragraph (f ) the following paragraphs:—“(
g )§ The terms of payment for wine sold are as follows:—...............................................................................
“(
h )§The date upon which wine sold is required by the contract of sale to be delivered is as follows:—............................................................................... ”; and
(
c ) by adding at the end thereof the following footnote:—“§ To be filled in only in respect of wine which has been sold.”.
