REGULATIONS UNDER THE WINE OVERSEAS MARKETINGACT 1929-1936.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Wine Overseas Marketing Act 1929-1936.

Dated this twenty sixth day of February, 1936.

Amendment of the Wine Overseas Marketing (Licences) Regulations,  

Form C.

Form C in the Schedule to the Wine Overseas Marketing (Licences) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (e) the words “f.o.b., or c.i.f.”;

(b) by inserting after paragraph (f) the following paragraphs:—

“(g)§ The terms of payment for wine sold are as follows:—

...............................................................................

“(h)§The date upon which wine sold is required by the contract of sale to be delivered is as follows:—

............................................................................... ”; and

(c) by adding at the end thereof the following footnote:—

“§ To be filled in only in respect of wine which has been sold.”.
