REGULATIONS UNDER THE WINE OVERSEAS MARKETING ACT 1929-1936.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Wine Overseas Marketing Act 1929-1936.

Amendment of Wine Overseas Marketing (Licences) Regulations. 

Definitions.

1. Regulation 3 of the Wine Overseas Marketing (Licences) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the definition of “ the Act” the figures“1929-1930” and inserting in their stead the figures “1929-1936”; and

(b) by omitting from the definition of “the Board” the words “Wine Overseas Marketing Board” and inserting in their stead the words “Australian Wine Board”.

The Schedule.

2.The Schedule to the Wine Overseas Marketing (Licences) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the words “Wine Overseas Marketing Board” (wherever occurring) and inserting in their stead the words “Australian Wine Board”; and

(b) by omitting the words and figures “Wine Overseas Marketing Act 1929-1930” (wherever occurring) and inserting in their stead the words and figures “Wine Overseas Marketing Act 1929-1936”.
