STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE WINE OVERSEAS MARKETING ACT 1929-1939.
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendment of Wine Overseas Marketing (Fees and Expenses) Regulations.

“(2.) For attendance at meetings of the Executive Committee of the Board, the Chairman and each member or deputy of a member of the Board shall receive a fee of Two guineas in respect of each meeting irrespective of the number of days covered by the meeting.
“(3.) The Chairman and each member or deputy of a member of the Board shall receive a fee of Four guineas per diem for each day while engaged on such business of the Board as the Board determines:
Provided that that fee shall not be paid to the Chairman or to any member or deputy of a member in respect of any day on which he attends a meeting of the Board or of the Executive Committee thereof.
“(4.) Sub-regulation (2.) of this regulation shall be deemed to have commenced on the eighteenth day of August One thousand nine hundred and thirty.”

(3.) Where the Chairman, or any member or deputy of a member of the Board is required to attend any meeting of the Board other than of the Executive Committee thereof, or to engage on any business of the Board referred to in the sub-regulation (3.) of the last preceding regulation, he shall receive travelling allowance—
(
a ) in the case of any meeting attended or business engaged on at a distance of more than fifteen miles from the place within the State in which the Chairman or the: member or deputy of the member resides—at the rate of Two pounds per diem; and(
b ) in the case of any meeting attended or business engaged on outside the State in which the Chairman or the member or deputy of the member resides—at the rate of Two and one half guineas per diem,
to cover loss of time incurred in travelling, and shall be reimbursed the return rail and steamer fares actually incurred by him in attending such meeting or by engaging on such business.”.
(2.) This Regulation shall be deemed to have commenced on the first day of August One thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
