REGULATION UNDER THE WINE OVERSEAS MARKETING ACT 1929-1936. *

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Wine Overseas Marketing Act 1929-1936.

Amendment of the Wine Overseas Marketing (Fees and Expenses) Regulations.  

Fees of Chairman andmembers.

Regulation 4 of the Wine Overseas Marketing (Fees and Expenses) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (4.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:—

“(4.) There shall be payable to the Chairman and to a member in respect of each day upon which that person is engaged on such business of the Board as is approved by the Board—

(a) if the business is within the State in which the person resides—the sum of Two pounds two shillings; and

(b) if the business is in any other State—the sum of Four pounds four shillings:

Provided that a fee shall not be payable under this sub-regulation to any person in respect of any day upon which he attends a meeting of the Board or of the Executive Committee”.
